Upon placing your order, your debit/credit card will be charged  for a non-refundable $500 down payment.  As soon as your production que is ready, we will reach out and collect 50% of the order minus the $500 down payment.  At the time of pick up or shipping we will collect the final 50% of your order,   If you are having your trailer shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping date and tracking number(s).   We do not accept any returns.
